What WDM OS is
WDM OS is a personal tracking tool for body weight, training, nutrition, habits and money. It shows you your own numbers and trends and explains them in plain language.
Not medical advice
Nothing in the app is medical, nutritional or financial advice. Calorie and protein targets, weight-trend interpretations, supplement lists and recovery suggestions are general rules of thumb. Consult a qualified professional before changing your diet, training or medication, especially if you have a medical condition. You use the app at your own risk.
Meal recognition
Photo recognition only suggests which dish a meal might be. It can be wrong, it was trained mostly on North American food, and it does not detect allergens or ingredients. Check the suggestion and the grams yourself. Do not rely on it for an allergy, a medical diet or any decision where a mistake would matter. Calorie and macro values are per-100 g estimates from public tables; dishes marked approximate use a similar food or a calculated recipe.
Your data
Your data is stored on your device only. You are responsible for backing it up; uninstalling the app deletes it. See the Privacy Policy.
Who can use it
WDM OS is for people aged 13 and over. If you are under 13, do not use the app; it refuses setup. If you are 13 to 17, the app runs in teen mode: food stays at maintenance, there are no diet or weight-loss targets, caffeine and creatine are hidden, and reminders stay at the lowest level. Talk to a parent, coach or doctor before you change how you eat.

- Anatomy model: adapted from Z-Anatomy (Gauthier Kervyn), CC BY-SA 4.0, via the free-muscles project (MIT). The adapted model and its licence are available at /licenses/body-model-LICENSE.txt and /licenses/body.glb.
- Exercise names and instructions: free-exercise-db, released into the public domain (Unlicense). The exercise figures are drawn by WDM OS.
- Meal recognition model: Google AIY Food Classifier (
food_V1, MobileNet V1, 2,023 dishes), Apache License 2.0. Its model card says: “Do not use this model to predict allergen or nutrition information.” It assumes the input image contains a well-cropped food dish, and it was trained on a dataset skewed toward North American foods. The app uses it only to suggest a dish name that you confirm; nutrition comes from the tables below. The model runs on your device through LiteRT (Apache-2.0).
